Tugas 3 Arttikel Akuntan Publik

Akuntan Publik bisa didefinisikan yaitu seorang akuntan yang mengelolah transaksi serta kejadian yang setidak-tidak nya dapat diukur dengan uang bisa menjadi laporan keuangan yang dibutuhkan oleh beberapa pihak,setelah itu akan digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan publik.Akuntan publik telah memperoleh izin dari menterri keuangan.

Dengan berkembang nya profesi akuntan publik,sejalan dengan perkembangan suatu jaman,dan perusahaan ada berbagai bentuk adab hukum perusahaan tersebut.Jika suatu perusahaan yang berkembang dengan baik tidak memerlukan modal dari kreditur,melainkan dari masyarakat.

Profesi akuntan publik menghasilaknberbagai jenis jasa untuk masyyarakat seperti jassa assurance,jasa nonassurance,dan jasa atestasi.Jasa assurance sendiri dapat di artikan sebagai jasa profesional yg diberikan pihak independen.Jasa Asestasi dapat di artikan sebagai komunikasi yg tertulis yang mencerminkan kendalan suatu asertasi yang menjadi tanggung jawab pihak lain.

Tugas 2 Cara membuat Artikel

Berikut ini adalah cara-cara membuat artikel,yai :tu

1. MEMBUAT DAFTAR IDE

 Dimana kita harus menentukan ide atau insipirasi apa yang akan ditulis,maka dari ide tersebut kita dapat menentukan daftar ide yg telah ada dengan tujuan agar kita tidak lupa dengan ide yang telah kita dapatkan dan pikirkan.

2. BIARKAN IDE KITA MENETAS

 Dimana kita harus banyak mencari berbagai macam informasi yang terbaru,maka secar otomatis kita menemukan banyak ide-ide yang baru untuk memperluas isi artikel kita.

3. EDIT SEBELUM KITA MULAI

 Apabila artikel kita terlalu banyak pembahasan nya,maka kita bisa mengedit nya ide serta alur cerita dan inti penulisan yang akan kita buat sebelum menulis artikel tersebut.

4. SUSUN IDE SECARA BERURUTAN

 Dimana ide yang kita dapatkan bisa lebih urut dalam sistematis penulisan nya.

5. TULIS ARTIKEL SECARA SINGKAT

 Artikel bukan seperti novel yang terlalu banyak pembahasan nya,tetapi artikel adalah sebuah artikel yang berbobot dimana pembahasan nya lebih padat tetapi jelas.

6. BACA ULANG ARTIKEL YANG SUDAH KITA TULIS

 Apabila ide yang di dapatkan tiba-tiba tidak bisa lagi kita kembangkan,maka jangan terlalu memaksakan untuk terus menulis artikel tersebut,kita bisa teruskan menulis artikel nya nanti apabila mood kita dan pikiran kita sudah dapat kembali seperti semula.

Tugas 1 Etika Profesi

·        Apa Perbedaan antara Etika dan Etiket .

Etika adalah karakter seseorang,watak,adat,tingkah laku kepribadian seseorang yang dapat dilihat dari individu,maupun suatu kelompok ,dimana tingkah laku yang mereka lakukan dapat dilihat dari tindakan yang mereka lakukan itu baik atau tidak buat diri mereka.Etika juga bisa dikatakan sebagai untuk mengontrol diri kita sendiri,dan juga di pengaruhi oleh beberapa macam-macam norma,seperti norma sopan santun dimana kita harus bersikap sopan santun terhadap orang yg lebih tua dalam tingkah perilaku kita,ataupun ucapan kita.Dalam berkomunikasi kita juga mempunyai etika yang baik seperti berbahasa yang ramah,sopan,kita harus bisa membedakan cara berkomunikasi dengan anak kecil dan orang dewasa,cara penyampaian bahasa ke anak kecil dan orang dewasa pasti berbeda dalam kehidupan sehari-hari,oleh sebab itu kita juga harus mempunyai etika yang baik dalam berkomunikasi.

Etiket hampir sama dengan etika yaitu tentang perilaku manusia,sopan santun manusia yang selalu diperhatikan dalam pergaulan sehari-hari,etiket dapat dilihat dari segi lahiriah saja,beda dengan etika dapat dilihat dari dalam hati manusia tersebut.etiket mempunyai implementasi yang bermacam-macam seperti antar manusia,antar lingkungan masyarakat,dan antar budaya.etiket juga memiliki sifat relatif dan absolut dimana sifat relatif yaitu sopan santun,dan sifat absolut lebih ke perintah,melarang suatu perbuatan yang tidak boleh dilakukan.

·        Apa Yang dimaksud dengan Etika Profesi Akuntansi.

Yaitu kelompok lapangan kerja yang khusus melaksanakan kegiatan yang memerlukan ketrampilan,keahlian tinggi guna memenuhi kebutuhan yang rumit didalamnya pemakaiannya di tunnjukkan arah yang benar,dan mempunyai tanggung jawab yang besar,mencapai tingkat kinerja yang sangat bagus dan baik,dengan didasarkan orientasi kepada kepentingan publik.

·        Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelanggaran Etika

Dari sebuah tingkah laku manusia,sopan santun dalam beretika ataupun etiket pasti ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu :

1.     Kebutuhan Individu dimana di setiap kehidupan kita pasti butuh teman di lingkungan sekitar ataupun dimana saja,dan bersesosialisasi dalam setiap individu yang ada di lingkungan kita.

2.     Tidak ada Pedoman dimana dalam etika atau perilaku kita tidak mempunyai pedoman untuk berperilaku yang sopan santun setiap individu maupun kelompok.

3.     Perilaku dan Kebiasaan Individu yang Terakumulasi dan Tak di koreksi

4.     Lingkungan Yang tidak etis.lingkungan juga mempengaruhi terhadap etika apabila lingkungan sekitar tidak baik atau buruk maka etika kita pun terlihat tidak baik tau tidak etis .

5.     Perilaku Dari Komunitas,tingkah perilaku itu penting dalam beretika,apabila di suatu kelompok atau komunitas tidak mempunyai etika yang buruk maka kelompok tersebut akan terlihat buruk juga di mata orang lain

·        Sebutkan Jenis-Jenis Etika

Ada beberapa jenis-jenis etika yang terdiri dari :

1.     Etika umum yang berisi prinsip serta moral dasar

2.     Etika khusus atau etika terapan yang berlaku khusus,dimana etika khusus dibagi menjadi dua,yaitu :
